The 2013 Jockeys, Juleps and Jazz was a great success! Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our event.

Save the Date for May 3, 2014

The event will be reception-style with hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine and, of course, mint juleps. Derby attire will be in full swing with live and silent auctions, a live band, photo booth, hat contest and the 140th running of the Kentucky Derby!

2013 Highlights

George Karl In 2011, George Karl, NBA's Denver Nuggets head coach, was recognized for his work in the cancer community. As a member of MyLifeLine.org during his personal struggle with cancer, he demonstrated the power of connection and support and has been a loyal friend to our organization. This year, we honor two members of the community in his name. Kevin Mulshine The Compassion Award will be presented to Kevin Mulshine. Kevin is a cancer survivor who turned his journey into a fight for patients and survivors. He founded the annual B Strong Ride to raise money for the purpose of making each day a little better for cancer patients and the people who care for them.

Kelley Gleason

The Courage Award will be presented to cancer survivor, wife, mother and speech pathologist, Kelley Gleason, who is using MyLifeLine.org to connect with her family and friends while battling Stage 4 Islet Cell Tumor.
